While on vacation in 1998 my husband and I fell in love with Cape Coral and purchased our home at that time and in 2000 we became residence.  After raising our family in New Jersey, southwest Florida was a nice change of pace.  Having some hot humid days was a fair exchange for "black ice" and frozen car doors.  We loved New Jersey but it was time for a change.  It didn't take long for the rest of our family to join us.

Being a success oriented individual I have worked in corporate America 35 years.  After graduating from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania I started my career as the first woman outside sales representative hired by an international manufacture; after a few company changes I decided I wanted to own my own business; it was the best decision I ever made.

One of the reasons I became a Licenced Realtor in Florida was to help others enjoy this beautiful area located near the Gulf. Only Naples, Italy has a more extensive canal system than Cape Coral; you are either on a body of water or near one. 

My approach to success is "LISTENING" to what my customers want, not what I think they need.  With every customer I challenge myself to find the right home for my Buyers, and the best buyer for my Sellers.  As a full-time agent I devote myself to the best interest of my customers, advising them as I would a family member.  They are kept informed every step of the way.  Being knowledgeable and knowing your market area is vital to an agent, but it is not enough.  If you are not listening to your customers, or they are "stressed-out" because they can't reach their agent we are not doing our job.

My husband George is a retired Battalion Chief from the Union New Jersey Fire Deptatment.  He has 30 years of experience in understanding the importants of listening to peoples needs, the personal attachment they have towards their homes, and the stress related to leaving that home.  After seeing how much I enjoyed real estate he decided to also become and agent; together there is always one of us to help you with your questions or concerns.   

We suggest our customers put our phone numbers in their cell phone, look it up, and call us when ever they have the need to.
